He can't because the reaper death seal completely takes away your soul but since it was just hands for orochimaru it's possible to treat it but it will need an extremely powerful healing jutsu. Even if his hands came back he still won't be able to use it. The healing jutsu is basically for being able to control his hands rather than bringing it back(I tried to keep this without spoilers, and I think I didn't give any spoilers at all, but if I did, sorry)

Actually I'm confused what happened with Orochimaru's arms. Like... it feels burning to him... did his arms got taken away or his soul's arms? i thought it'll feel cold since, yknow, it's just a vessel without soul, or did i miss something during his fight with sarutobi? does it have something to do with his 'curse'?

It was a part of his soul and I think he feels it burning because its not a natural way of losing a part of his soul, since it was sealed by a jutsu. His arms wasn't taken away but technically it is since his arm is considered dead without its soul.

I mean, technically, I'm pretty sure that if something reaches cold enough temperatures it will feel like burning even though it is the opposite. I couldn't fact check though, couldn't make Google understand me...
